Last year the California Department of Child Support Services introduced a service called eDocuments. Customers enrolled in eDocuments have the ability to view, save, and print their child support documents online instead of receiving them by mail. eCommunications is an enhancement to eDocuments and provides more ways to stay on top of your child support case. Customers enrolled in eCommunications will receive appointment reminders and payment information via e-mail!
Customers already enrolled in eDocuments will automatically be enrolled in eCommunications! Not only will they continue to receive an e-mail when their latest child support statments and other documents are available in Customer Connect, they will now receive their payment notices by e-mail (payments received or deposits made), as well as reminders of their upcoming appointments!
